Terms & Conditions
- The room rates mentioned above will be effective from April to October 2025 and are valid until further notice.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Please note that early morning check-in will be charged from the previous night.
- Late check-out may be extended until 1:00 PM at no charge but that will be subject to availability.
- All rooms reservations will be confirmed on 50% advance deposit and the balance payment needs to be settled at check-in time.
- Do not disclose rates with any others.
- Groups with 5+ rooms are required to make token money only after reservation. The remaining payment can be given at check-in time.
- Any reservation canceled before 2 weeks of arrival can utilize the advance deposit amount same year. However, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
- The Rates are non-commissionable.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp with full guest details, including name, check-in/out dates with number of rooms.
- Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in.
- 50% charge for cancellations within 5–6 days before check-in.
- 100% charge for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or no-show.
- In-case of Landslide or flight cancellation, Reservation will be cancelled free of charge however advance deposit can be adjusted within same year on the room’s availability.
Guest Policies
- Valid CNIC/Passport is mandatory for all guests for check-in.
- All clients must ensure to follow the Relax Inn Skardu hotel rules, including check-in/check-out times, noise policies, and other regulations.
- No illegal activities in the hotel premises.
Termination of Agreement
Relax Inn Skardu has the right to terminate cooperation with anyone in case of violation of confidentiality regarding rates and payment defaults.
